I needed to find a two bedroom two bathroom condo by the end of summer 2019 and be moved in by the end of August 2019. So in other words I needed to close in a thirty day period. Well Maryanne Donzi found me a place with all the amenities I was looking for that was close to transportation to and from the city. I was able to close on August 1, 2019. I moved in August 2 and I can tell you that all is well. Maryanne knows exactly what she is doing and again is very knowledgeable, about real estate . She ask very specific questions in the beginning when she first meets you and she takes it from there.

Maryanne really got to know what we like and disliked worked with our budget and tailored our searches to what we like and budgeted for and took us there.
